POSITION SUMMARY:

The ANA Sales Specialist’s primary function is to promote the Asmodee North America (ANA) product lines.  The ANA Sales Specialist will partner with retail clients to grow the sales of ANA product in their stores through appropriate representation and expansion of their core product offerings, preorders for upcoming releases, and upcoming sales, promotions, and programs.

In addition, the ANA Sales Specialist will coordinate with Alliance Account Representatives to resolve any issues such as errors with a shipments or accounting concerns. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Grow and develop knowledge of the ANA product line
  • Help Approved Customers grow ANA Product sales in their stores
  • Communicate and promote ANA Product placement to Hobby Game Retailers by conducting quality conversations and store interviews to assist with placement
  • Promote ANA’s various OP initiatives to Approved Customers
  • Provide Hobby Game Retailer feedback to ANA
  • Collect preorders and restocks from accounts
  • Contact existing Alliance accounts that are eligible to buy ANA product
  • Maintain a territory of stores; contacting them about core lines, restocks, new releases, and specials on a weekly basis
  • Develop strong relationships and earn the loyalty and trust of customers
  • Coordinate with Alliance Account Representative to resolve any concerns regarding orders or accounting
  • Coordinate the flow of communication with Alliance to more efficiently serve customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station/environment
  • All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • High school degree or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Computer literacy, data entry, and typing skills required (Windows and MS office preferred)
  • Pleasant phone manners and strong phone presence required
  • Attention to detail and good organization and communication skills a must
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product lines
  • Must be able to perform well under pressure
  • Must have reliable transportation
