New Dimension Comics Celebrates 25 Years

On Sunday, October 9th, New Dimension Comics owner Todd McDevitt celebrated his 25th anniversary in business by hosting a party for family, friends and everyone that has made New Dimension a success in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania at the first store he opened in his current chain of 5 stores.

New Dimension Comics began in 1986 when McDevitt opened his Ellwood City location which now serves the dual purpose of both a retail storefront and a warehouse for McDevitt’s extensive back issue inventory.

In 1991, McDevitt opened his second store in Cranberry Township, PA, followed by a location opened in Butler, PA, in 2000, the Century III Mall location in West Mifflin, PA in 2003, and the most recent store opened in New Kensington, PA in 2011.

“ I am always moving forward,” says McDevitt, who rarely dwells on the past but didn’t want to pass up the chance to celebrate this milestone for his business.
