How was your FCBD event? Great event! Always one of the best sales days of the year.

What aspect of your store are you most proud of? The renovations and reorganizing of the store with newly added fixtures and shelves.

What do you do that is innovative within your store? We house the best "25 cents a play" selection of arcade games, which gives us a broad draw of customers.

What has been your best in-store promotion? Offering free bags and boards for our hold-box customers.

What has been your best out-of-store or cross-promotion? Midnight game release promotions with Best Buy.

What recent changes have you made to your store? We try to make major changes to the look of the store every six months.

What are your plans for the near future? Add a virtual terminal, more professional racking, a display for vintage comics and simply maximize our space.

How did you choose your store name? It rolls off the tongue, and it is a very loose Star Wars reference.
